Something special is taking shape.
The Le Vele restaurant is temporarily closed as we begin a new chapter.
We are working on a new dining space, part of a broader transformation of the property, which will be unveiled in 2027.
In the meantime, the former restaurant spaces are temporarily transformed into the hotel’s bistro bar, offering a curated selection of internationally inspired light dishes, snacks, aperitifs, and cocktails, to be enjoyed in the exclusive setting of our sea-view lounge.
