At our seafront hotel in Trieste, waking up is already an incredible experience due to the view you can enjoy while still in bed. But it gets even better, if that is possible, once you get to our breakfast room.

Ristorante “Le Vele” is closed for lunch, except in cases of prior reservations (minimum group of 8).
However, you can enjoy fresh light lunches at our seafront Green Bar.

Mediterranean cuisine and some dishes from Trieste

Our chef serves up a Mediterranean menu with a few dishes from Trieste and a small vegetarian menu. Fresh dishes are guaranteed, and cooked exclusively to order.

The Menu

Great hotel, fabulous staff

" We stayed here for a week in June for a friend’s wedding nearby. Great location on the sea front. The location is a few miles outside of Trieste so a taxi is needed to and from the city. Better to have a hire car: the hotel has plenty of parking. The breakfast is well managed and a great choice of delicious food served in the lovely restaurant. We had dinner there once; the food was good. Our room had a balcony with great views, though there is often a lot of traffic and noise from cars and motorcycles. But lovely sea views. The room service and cleaning was quick, unobtrusive and immaculate every time, so a big thank you to housekeeping. Reception team are stars. They coped well with everything we asked (in English as we hardly speak any Italian) and were super helpful, even recovering my mobile phone which I stupidly left in a taxi. Also, every morning the reception and dining room team welcomed us with smiles and greetings. A great hotel, I’d be happy to recommend and to stay here again. "
